Terms of Use
Last updated: September 9, 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply when you access or use primocarpentry.com (the “Website”), operated by Primo Carpentry LLC (“Primo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
Website purpose
The Website provides general information about Primo, our residential and commercial carpentry capabilities, project considerations, service availability, and ways to contact us. Website content is informational and is not a construction contract, professional design opinion, engineering advice, code determination, or guarantee that a particular project is appropriate, available, or accepted.
Project inquiries, estimates, and agreements
You may use the Website to request a project review or contact Primo. An inquiry, conversation, site visit, preliminary range, or estimate request does not create a contract and does not obligate either party to proceed.
Project scope, pricing, allowances, exclusions, schedule, payment terms, change procedures, warranties, and other binding terms are established only in the applicable written proposal or agreement signed by the parties. If these Terms conflict with a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement controls for that project.
Accuracy of project information
You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to share. Project decisions may depend on conditions that cannot be confirmed from photographs, plans, messages, or website information alone. Site conditions, measurements, access, permits, code requirements, design documents, product availability, and work by other trades may affect scope, timing, and pricing.
Files and materials you submit
If you submit photographs, plans, specifications, or other materials, you represent that you have the right to provide them for project review. You grant Primo a limited permission to receive, store, review, reproduce internally, and share those materials with personnel or service providers as reasonably necessary to evaluate your inquiry or perform an agreed project. You retain any ownership rights you have in your materials.
Do not submit unlawful material, malicious code, confidential information you are not authorized to disclose, or sensitive personal information that is not reasonably necessary for a carpentry inquiry.
Acceptable use
You may use the Website for lawful personal or business purposes related to learning about or contacting Primo. You may not:
- interfere with Website operation or security;
- attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
- use automated means to overload, scrape, or disrupt the Website in violation of applicable law;
- submit fraudulent, misleading, infringing, or unlawful content; or
- copy, republish, or commercially exploit original Website content or brand assets except as permitted by law or with prior written permission.
Intellectual property
Original Primo website text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, and brand assets are owned by Primo or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any Website content or brand asset to you.
You may view and print a reasonable portion of the Website for your personal, non-commercial evaluation of Primo’s services. Any other reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use requires prior written permission unless applicable law permits it.
Third-party links and services
The Website may link to mapping services, social platforms, business directories, manufacturers, or other third-party websites. Those services are controlled by their respective operators. Primo is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices. A link is provided for convenience and does not by itself constitute an endorsement.
Website availability and disclaimers
We work to keep Website information useful and current, but we do not promise that every page will always be available, error-free, complete, or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties concerning uninterrupted access or suitability for a particular purpose.
Nothing in this section limits obligations expressly stated in a signed project agreement or rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Primo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the Website. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law and does not replace or alter the liability provisions of a signed project agreement.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the Website and project inquiries.
Accessibility
Our Accessibility Statement explains our approach to Website accessibility and how to report a barrier.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the Website or our practices change. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively from the posted date unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This provision applies only to Website use and does not replace any governing-law or dispute provision in a signed project agreement.
